For most of the orders weight between 0.5kg to 20kg, we send by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, ARAMEX, TOLL, DPD, EMS, SF EXPRESS which are all safe and fast, will take around 5-10 days to all over the world, suppose you need your parcel urgently, please call or mail us for extra cost by official DHL which take around 2-5 days to all over the world.

For custom order more than 20kg, to EU, USA, AUSTRALIA, RUSSIA, we all offer shipping by ocean or by train which will take longer time but cost you much less, don’t hesitate to contact with us for details.

In general please allow 2-4 days handling time from the moment you place your order.
Peak times (Christmas, Black Friday etc) please expect 4-6 days handling time from the moment you place your order.

Import Duties
Please be aware that all price showed in our shop DO NOT includes any custom clearance cost, import duty and/or tax in destination countries.

Although all potential custom clearance, import tax and/or duties are not our responsibility, but for orders that are charged import duties we offer a store credit equal to the amount charged subject to the following terms and conditions:  

• We require proof of the amount you were charged. 
• After we approve your submission we will offer you a store credit for the amount in the form of an online gift voucher. 
• Submission must be made within 2 weeks of receiving and paying the customs charge. 
• This offer can only be used once per customer and is not to be used in conjunction with any sales or discounts and is only valid for Hench Performance products. 
• The gift voucher is only valid for 3 months after being issued.
• This offer does not apply to wholesale customers.
• This offer is not transferrable.

TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOM CLEARANCE WHEN THE PARCEL ARRIVES TO YOUR COUNTRY!

Failure to pay customs and importation duties may result in your parcel being destroyed or returned to our warehouse in China or even some overseas warehouses.

Returned to China: The freight we paid to send your order and any return freight and expenses will be deducted from your refund as required. Please note! The cost to return your parcel to the warehouse due to failure of duties payment often will be very high maybe far exceeds the value of the product you ordered. 
Please note we treat failure to pay customs or importation costs the same as a returned item, the items purchased must be returned to us and inspected by us before a refund is granted. If the item is destroyed by customs, no refund will be granted. If the freight costs exceed the value of the purchase, no refund is granted.
